Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a CrossFit professional athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She trains and coaches in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is co-owner. Annie is the only female to ever win CrossFit Games on two occasions. The CrossFit Games were her second place CrossFit Games in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic weightlifter and also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete and celebrity media personality. It was her fame that made her the first woman who taken home two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012. She is also known for taking home in the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born in Iceland's Reykjavik area along with her family. At a young age Annie was an avid sport fan who loved doing exercises. She won many medals in school competitions. Annie came in 2nd in CrossFit Games and was awarded a Silver medal that same year. Later in the year, she was a participant in another CrossFit events and thanks to her dominant performance she won these games, becoming the first woman to win CrossFit Games. In 2012 Annie again won at the CrossFit Games because of her remarkable performance. She was the first woman to win had two wins at CrossFit Games consecutively. In addition, in 2014 she was awarded a silver medal as well as in 2021, she was awarded the bronze medal at CrossFit Games. Today, Annie works as a trainer and coach for Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie's growing popularity as an professional athlete has allowed her to be the model for a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Periodization Nuunhydration Sidekick Yerbae. In addition to this she has a self-titled Youtube channel that has a couple of thousand followers where her workout diet family videos and travel videos are posted.
